片子本身還行，主要簡(jiǎn)單的介紹了霍普的生平、和妻子的關(guān)系等。主要是在大屏幕上清晰地看畫，這一點(diǎn)很爽。最近覺得破解孤獨(dú)就好像是從岸上跳進(jìn)泳池，享受泳池的感覺不錯(cuò)，但是在岸上才是常態(tài)。

Just like plenty other art docu, this is a documentary talking about Hopper’s paints rather than Hopper himself —isolated figures, empty streets, strong light and shadow, and the play of sunlight on architecture. Plenty of interesting topics discussed, including Hopper’s possible depression, but never explored in a refreshing angle.
